Adam Aucoin is an associate with Bereskin & Parr LLP. His practice focuses on trademark clearance and prosecution, copyright and digital media, licensing and transactions, marketing and advertising law, and IP litigation.
Adam graduated from the J.D. program at the University of Toronto and holds an Honours B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. Adam was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
During his academic career, Adam was an Advertising and PR Manager for the Jazz Ensembles Department at Berkeley, where he gained valuable experience in marketing, advertising, and public relations. As a law student, Adam held both editorial and executive roles on the Law Review and volunteered with Artists’ Legal Advice Services (ALAS).
In addition to his practice, Adam is a member of the Latin Jazz Ensemble at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto.
Before being called to the Bar, Adam was a summer student and an articling student with the firm.
