On Saturday, May 19, Scott MacKendrick provided the opening comments at the course on International Trademark Law and Practice, and later that day he will be speaking on the North America panel at the course.
On Tuesday, May 22, Dan Bereskin hosted the table topic Trademark Enforcement vs. Freedom of Competition and Freedom of Expression.
