Abstract
The year 2019 was marked by major transformations in trademark law. If the coming into force of the eagerly awaited amendments to the Trademarks Act and its Regulations marked the year, it is worth recalling that several noteworthy jurisprudential developments have characterized the year. This article is intended to be a review of five decisions of interest rendered in 2019 in trademark law.
