Joshua Spicer also recently teamed up with McIntosh, and the duo represented Packers Plus Energy Services in infringement actions for monetary damages involving oil and gas wells. James Raakman makes his debut in the IAM Patent 1000 this year and is holding down the firm’s automotive practice. He has deep technical knowledge, which he combines with innovative legal skills to provide high-quality counsel. Acting on behalf of two GlaxoSmithKline-related companies in a patent infringement relating to HIV medication are Donald Cameron and Scott MacKendrick, both of whom are reliable litigators who produce excellent results. Supporting them on the prosecution side are Melanie Szweras and Michael Fenwick. Szweras co-leads the regulatory practice and is well versed in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and food industries. “Michael is enormously skilled and provides superb business advice.
