In Subway IP LLC v Budway, Cannabis & Wellness Store (2021 FC 583), the Federal Court of Canada has granted the Subway restaurant trademark owner a permanent injunction enjoying a cannabis dispensary located in Vancouver form using the parody trademark BUDWAY.
