Jasmine Godfrey is an articling student with Bereskin & Parr LLP. Her practice focuses on trademarks, copyright, regulatory, advertising & marketing, and litigation.
Jasmine graduated from the joint J.D./M.B.A. program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews, United Kingdom.
During her studies in the J.D./M.B.A. program, Jasmine spent a summer as a legal fellow at an NGO in Bangalore, India. She was also a senior editor for the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. During her final semester, she acted as a consultant for an Israeli nuclear medicine company through the Schulich's Global Leadership Program. She was actively involved in the IP law community, awarded the Gowling WLG Best Blog in IP Law & Technology Prize, serving as a research assistant for Professor Carys Craig, as well as competing in the oral rounds of the 2018 Oxford International IP Moot. In her final year, she studied abroad at the National University of Singapore, where she completed a directed research paper on colour marks and functionality.
