York University v. The Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency (Access Copyright)

As of June 22^nd, 2020, both Access Copyright and York University have filed separate applications with the Supreme Court of Canada for leave to appeal the April 22^nd, 2020 decision York University v Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency (Access Copyright), 2020 FCA 77. We will continue to monitor the outcome of the leave applications and will publish the outcome.
