Scott Mackendrick Quoted in an Article by CBA National Magazine

In an article titled “What does “fit” mean in a diverse workplace?” published by CBA National Magazine, partner Scott Mackendrick was quoted saying:

“What you are looking for with respect to ‘fit’ isn’t whether these people share your interests. It’s about whether they share your values.”

Scott Mackendrick shared his thoughts on why hiring lawyers from diverse backgrounds is essential for law firms, adding that: “Firms should be wanting to acquire the best talent—that will ultimately determine whether firms succeed.”
