Bereskin & Parr Shortlisted for the Managing IP Americas Awards 2024

Bereskin & Parr was shortlisted for the Managing IP Americas Awards 2024 in the following categories:
- IP Boutique Firm of the Year
- Firm of the Year: Patent Prosecution
- Firm of the Year: Trademark Disputes
- Firm of the Year: Trademark Prosecution
Partners Janice Bereskin and Bhupinder Randhawa were also shortlisted as practitioners of the year. Janice Bereskin was nominated as Practitioner of the Year (Trademark Prosecution) and Bhupinder Randhawa as Practitioner of the Year (Patent Prosecution).
The Managing IP Awards programme recognizes remarkable IP achievements and developments in the last year across several intellectual property practice areas and jurisdictions. The winners of the awards will be revealed at a gala dinner in New York City on April 25.
