McGill-Queen's University Press recently released The Canadian Oral History Reader in May 2015, a rich resource for researchers, students, scholars and documentarians, that "serves as a springboard and reference point for global discussions about Canadian contributions to the international practice of oral history. Jill Tonus contributed the sole legal paper, Legal Issues Regarding Oral Histories. Jill's paper can be found on page 98 of the reader.
