Svitlana Penner is an articling student with Bereskin & Parr LLP. Her practice focuses on trademark registration, protection, and enforcement strategies.

Svitlana holds an LLM (Canadian Common Law) from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to joining Bereskin & Parr, Svitlana engaged in trademark prosecution across various regions, including Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and North America. She has worked with clients and well-known brands in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Technology, and Entertainment.

Outside of work, Svitlana cherishes time with my family, enjoy attending financial literacy courses on weekends, fitness cardio sessions on weekdays, and love exploring new cultures through travel.
