About Jennifer
Jennifer Boothby is an articling student with Bereskin & Parr LLP in the trademarks practice group.
Jennifer received her J.D. and Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. While at law school, Jennifer managed the Artists’ Legal Advice Services clinic, which provides legal services to local artists. Managing the clinic allowed Jennifer to engage with a range of IP issues, and develop her interest in trademarks. Jennifer was also a Senior Forum Editor of the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law Review, which engaged her passion for research and writing.
In 2022, Jennifer worked at a trademarks firm where she gained experience researching and drafting legal memoranda on trademark issues. In 2023, she joined Bereskin & Parr LLP as a summer student.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys painting landscapes and exploring art galleries around the city. She is deeply interested in Celtic languages and has studied Irish language since 2017.
