December 10, 2014

Carswell has published its second edition of the Canadian Trade-Mark Law Benchbook, edited by Don Cameron.

In this edition, trademark team members, Cynthia Rowden and Meghan Dillon, wrote the chapter on "Registrability and Entitlement", and Scott MacKendrick and Christina Capone Settimi wrote the chapter on “Opposition Proceedings”.

The book is essential for new members of the intellectual property law bar and for those focusing their skills on the legal and business realities of trademark law practice.
