Canadian Trade-mark Law Benchbook Released With Five Bereskin & Parr Contributors

Carswell has published the Canadian Trade-mark Law Benchbook, which was edited by Don Cameron of Bereskin & Parr LLP.
Contributing authors from Bereskin & Parr are Cynthia Rowden and Meghan Dillon who wrote the chapter on Registrability and Entitlement and Scott MacKendrick and Christina Capone Settimi who wrote the chapter on Opposition Proceedings.
This benchbook is an outgrowth of the National Judicial Institute’s collection of Electronic Benchbooks – a 21st century initiative which provides all Canadian judges with online resources.
