York University v. The Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency (Access Copyright)

As of June 22nd, 2020, both Access Copyright and York University have filed separate applications with the Supreme Court of Canada for leave to appeal the April 22nd, 2020 decision York University v Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency (Access Copyright), 2020 FCA 77. We will continue to monitor the outcome of the leave applications and will publish the outcome.
