Sandra Marone is a patent agent at Bereskin & Parr LLP and a member of the Chemistry practice group.

Sandra handles all aspects of patents, particularly in the areas of chemistry, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. She works closely with clients, including start-ups, universities and large corporations, to draft and prosecute patent applications around the world.

She has worked with several intellectual property departments of world-class companies in the generic pharmaceutical industry and has acquired professional experience in the fields of synthetic organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family and being a “hockey mom”. She also enjoys gardening and baking, as well as occasional DIY.
