About Sunil
Sunil is an associate with Bereskin & Parr LLP. His practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to electrical & computer technology, artificial intelligence, cleantech, financial technology and nanotechnology.
As part of his graduate research, Sunil studied chemical vapor deposition of different thin film semiconductor materials. Sunil has co-authored many journal papers on semiconductor materials and processing. He also has industrial work experience in physical vapor deposition of thin metal films in a high-volume production environment at a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing.
Outside of work, Sunil enjoys reading, music and tennis.
